Girls are not only leaders, analysts, creators, problem solvers but also incredible healers.

This initiative was designed for excelling girls to come together in order to tackle countless injustices that exist in the world through the intersectional lens. From annotations, presentations to cooperative discussions, this gathering is meant to engage young women to think critically and practically about complicated issues from near and far.

Subjects of interest include but are not limited to economics, social justice, gender stereotypes, oppression, systemic racism, religious freedom, power structures, geo-politics, and cultural appropriation.

The program’s goal is to empower girls to not only identify problems but also develop actionable items for their communities and beyond. It is not only a productive and constructive environment for young women to meet and connect with others like themselves but also to find inspiration in each other.

We also blend this learning with scholarly research, essay writing, as well as oral presentations. This layering encourages the girls to take their newly acquired knowledge and apply it persuasively.

“Women are leaders everywhere you look - from the CEO who runs a Fortune 500 company to the housewife who raises her children and heads her household. Our country was built by strong women, and we will continue to break down walls and defy stereotypes."

Nancy Pelosi, Democratic Politician and Speaker of the United States House of Representatives
